A Street Party with Santa Claus

Every first Friday in December, Laguna Beach celebrates Hospitality Night. Happenings occur in the downtown Laguna Beach village, along Forest Avenue. 

When

Friday, December 6, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Downtown Driving and Parking

Street closures in the downtown area will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Portions of Forest Avenue, Ocean Avenue, Beach Street, and the Peppertree Parking Lot will be closed to vehicular traffic prior to and during the event.

2024 Hospitality Night schedule below:

• 3:00pm Downtown street closures begin*
• 4:00pm – 11:00pm Free trolley and neighborhood on-demand service
• 5:00pm – 5:30pm Thurston Middle School Band performs in the Peppertree Lot
• 5:00pm – 7:30pm Enjoy holiday crafts and activities in the Peppertree Lot
• 5:00pm -7:00pm Laguna Beach Presbyterian Art Market, La Playa Tamales, Homemade Cookies and Cider, Open Sanctuary, Dinner2Go, Prayer Candles, and Caroling
• 5:30pm – 5:55pm Ukulele Band performs in the Peppertree Lot
• 5:55pm – 6:10pm No Square Theater performance in Peppertree Lot
• 6:10pm Santa Claus arrives at the Peppertree Lot to light the tree
• 6:15pm – 7:30pm Laguna Community Concert and JaZz Band performs in the Peppertree Lot
• 6:30pm – 9:00pm Santa Claus arrives at his Beach House to listen to children’s Christmas wishes
• 6:30pm – 6:45pm Anneliese School performs on Main Stage on Forest Ave.
• 7:00pm – 9:00pm Band 133 perform live on main stage on Forest Ave.
