Coyote Grill is a casual “locals” spot and has been serving breakfast, lunch and dinner since 1989. Coyote Grill was a modest little shack by the beach opened by Kim Bryant. He worked tireless hours in the kitchen for years, cooking food from the place that he loved visiting, Baja Mexico. His daughter now runs the daily operations and after many renovations and building a great, loyal staff, it is now known for its tranquil views, addictive Baja-Style Mexican Food and satisfying margaritas.
This Baja Mexican restaurant offers traditional Mexican dishes (tacos, enchiladas, machacas, picado, etc.), lots of fresh seafood (fish of the day, oysters, ceviche, etc.) and burgers, pancakes, etc. They also have a full bar and are known for their homemade margaritas and Happy Hour.
